Love these classes. A friendly bunch of women at the class. 45 mins is just right & Ali varies each class. We always use weights as part of the workout which I like (as I wouldn’t go to a gym to do weights)

Ali’s classes are excellent. Every week we do something different. Using weights and bands, which makes it more challenging. Would highly recommend. 🤩

Been going to Ali’s classes for over a year now, and still really enjoy the variety, the challenge and the encouragement.
